I was very satisfied with the professional, friendly and sympathetic representatives I spoke to and they remedy to my issue. I look forward to receiving that one section of the Christmas tree replacement I was told Id receive within a week.
Until then I cannot decorate my tree so I truly am looking forward to receiving it. Thank you again for such a great service.

i got the fan through home depot and to return it you have return the WHOLE thing, i had already got rid of the box and because of the receiver being the problem it did not make sense to dismantle the whole fan when the receiver is easily replaceable. i did replace the receiver and then i found out the fan no longer worked at the highest speed.
it also started making an annoying hum.
it is now in the GARBAGE and i replaced the fan with a better one. trying to get a refund is a waste of my time.
i purchased four mewry 52" fans with light and two of them quickly showed a receiver failure.
i went back to home depot and they said i had remove and return the whole fan.
instead i purchased two receivers from home depot and now both receivers are failing by losing the high speed.
i now have to replace them again.
there is something seriously wrong with these receivers all made in china..

Missing ball hanger and downrod assembly from the box

My wife purchased a home decorators collection fan and light kit on clearance from Home Depot. Unfortunately, it took me a few months to get around to installing the ceiling fan in our house.
When I opened the box, I discovered that it was missing a ball hanger and downrod assembly critical for the installation of the fan. When I called customer support they informed me that since it was past 90 days, they will not provide me another ball hanger and downrod assembly. Now I have to go purchase one at Home Depot in order to install the ceiling fan.
I am sure the $10 Home Depot is saving is sure worth the hassle I have to go through to replace the part. This latest incident is just one of several that have occured over the past few years that will keep me from shopping at Home Depot any more.

They fell off while in box. Future designs should close for more security.

I spend over $5,000 to buy your pelican gray home decorators collection plank flooring to put throughout my enture house during our remodel. We have the master bedroom and bathroom left to finish and we have been holding off trying to figure out what we should do.
The flooring we have already put down in each room started showing deep scratches within a few days of laying it down. There are a few places where the planks have actually creased for no reason because it was laid over a completely flat concrete floor. We had planned on tiling the floors for durability but changed our minds to use this flooring due to its durability, waterproof and ease of installation. We are now completely regretting our decision and tearing it back out will not only be extremely time consuming but expensive.
I would like to know what kind of warranty there is or is there any assistance for this problem. We have so many scratches in the floor and we dont even know how they got there. It seems as if someone even walks on the floor or sweeps and mops it we get new scratches. We now have it laid in the laundry room, kitchen, living room, 3 bedrooms, 2 hallways and 2 bathrooms, with 2 rooms to go.
And several boxes left. We are so upset as we are remodeling the entire house and the floors now look terrible and they have only been installed about 8 months.
