Both ceiling fans stopped working in less then 6 months

Ceiling fans will not come on at all tried recommended trouble shooting was not remotes it seems like motors are done. Very nice looking not cheap and do not last long. My son cannot find receipt so we are out approx 600.00 not the best housewarming gift.

Have not heard back from customer service on my situation. Called on March 25, 2022 on a missing part from a vanity set bought at home depot. Called the number of customer service was helpful, but no respond from sending information to them by email!!send information twice and still no response!!

Bought a new home with a new fan and when i wiped it clean the paint came off the blades , they refused to warranty the blades and now the fan is junk!!! Buyers beware of Home Depot and their 3rd party gp warranty service!!

I put down 2000sqft of that floor and it is absolutely garbage. The homedepot is no help as they don't care.

Blind dont work

bought a cordless zebra roller shade. worked on it for 2 days and not at all satisfied. Could not get it to stay up or roll up . Very sad.

Boswell Quarter 5 Light Linear Chandelier missing a piece

I bought a Boswell Quarter 5 light linear Chandelier and it is missing a piece. The Model number is #7965HDCDI the piece I am missing is the Stem (Part number B) it screws into the fixture body. It is brushed nickle. Has a loop on the top and pole. I have one but am missing the second. Please mail me the missing part.

I have received an email from the company. they shipped some parts to repair door issue - but they were the wrong ones.

They asked me what I would consider as appropriate amount of $$ towards repair of stone top. I responded with a total for a repair kit - am still...

We installed a Home Decorators Collection Grovehurst 48-inch W x 20-inch D Center Rectangle Basin Vanity Top in Engineered Stone in Sept/21. Immediately noticed 'etched' spots on vanity top surface. These have multiplied daily and it looks terrible. Spent several hours on phone trying to get help. Have emailed and unable to get follow up. Home depot sympathetic and will take back - whcih means we have to uninstall all - plumbing, vanity - get onto a truck and take back. Plus all inconvenience of waiting to get something else. This product is disappointing beyond words. Also customer service. Completely frustrated. Very regretful we chose this unit from this company

Light went out

I purchased the Ashby Park 52 in. ceiling fan from Home Depot (Brickyard) in Chicago approx. Nov. 9th 2020. The light went out. Receipt available upon request. I am respectfully requesting a new ceiling fan or piece to correct the light issue. Otherwise I am happy with the product. Looking forward to your response.

Needed a new light globe

I called four times and three out of the four the people didn't know how to order me a new globe so instead of finding out how to help me it appears to be best practice to just hang up when you don't have the answers for the customer, the fourth lady was very helpful. But I ended up paying more for shipping than the globe was even worth still waiting on it to arrive
